Great location near transportation hubs, mini mart, and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable room with nice touches. Air conditioning helped with the cold floor.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

The room was very clean and huge! The staff couldnt really speak English but was very kind. She provided us with a map and gave us instructions as to where and how to go. The bathroom was also clean and big. They have a small balcony
It is not far from the station, but hard to find at first. The city centre is within walking distance.

The fact that it´s like a flat in the centre of the city. The air conditioning and the room size, and the location quite central. The bathroom is really big too. The staff is very friendly and helpful,
The first day it was difficult to find. The hotel is a flat, and there´s no exterior signs saying it is a hotel. They should put a sign or something. The Car park is not free, you have to pay 15 € per night

Great value for money! Our room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a train station and some of the main attractions. We appreciated having a mini-fridge and a coffee maker in the room.
The noise from the street at night was a bit bothersome, but with the windows closed, it wasn't too bad. The check-in process could have been smoother, but nothing major.

The staff is really nice and helpful. When we get there, helped us with a map, indicating the main interesting points to visit in Florence. The location is also good, a quite place located 20 min away walking to from the Duomo.

Home like hotel, very clean and tidy, nice decoration. Price is suitable, nice place for students and young couples.
A bit far from city center (10 to 15 minutes walk), not many restaurants near by.

The guest house was conveniently located near the public transportation and also had nearby amenities. the mini-mart nearby and excellent restaurants within a short walk made my stay even more pleasant. the host was also accommodating, offering useful information about the surrounding area and even neighboring cities.
Despite the location being excellent, the air conditioning in the room was not great, making it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably during the hot summer nights. the bathroom situation made it difficult to access the facilities, with too many people sharing only one bathroom.

It is within walking distance of the train station. The address, however, should have an a added to the number. We went into the wrong place with the number listed whereas the building is the next one. It is in an apt. Building, looking like the host rents out their 3 extra rooms. The rooms are big and clean though minimal. There is a small tv. No air conditioning but there is a ceiling fan which along with open windows makes the room cool enough especially at night. The owner, by the way, doesn't speak English but called in a friend who does. He was very nice but he recommended a restaurant and a dish called Beefstek Florentine saying that it would be several inches thick and excellent. As it turned out, it was not even an inch thick, not particularly tender, and cost 18 euros. The restaurant also has a cover charge of 2 euros per person.
You can only leave the bags with them until 12 P.M. because the maid is supposed to leave at the time so there will be no one there to let you in. Also the check out time is 10 A.m if I remember correctly.

a large room in a nice and clean flat in the centre of Florence, kitchen, living room for all, bathroom shared with one other room - no problem, friendly and communicative house keeper - the lady recommended us the places to see and was very nice... overall, we were more than satisfied
the house is situated in a rather busy street but we had windows to the courtyard so it was quite quiet

We chose this budget hotel for its location and proximity to the train station and city center which was just a short walk away. Although there were some road repairs going on, our room was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. the staff was attentive and welcoming which made our short stay comfortable.
The shared bathroom left something to be desired with it being unkempt and unpleasant.

Nothing! We made a huge mistake, we should never stay in this how is called Hotel? Or B&B?? We actually don't know what exactlly??? On the website it seems quite okay! But, once you arrive then you will see actually it's a appartment; not a hotel. Anyway, it was very bad accommodation. Very poor facilities:((, there is no ac in the room. Please do not booking this hotel/B&B.
